Admission into the Department of Economics Master of Science in Economics program requires applicants to first apply to and be admitted to The Toulouse Graduate School.

Required courses prior to admission to the MS Economics program include a grade of A or B (or the equivalent) in:

Intermediate Microeconomic Theory

Intermediate Macroeconomic Theory

Calculus I (Calculus ll preferred but not mandatory)

Calculus-based Statistics – any of the following courses at UNT:

         DSCI 3710 (Business Statistics)

         MATH 3680 (Applied Statistics)

         MATH 4650 (Statistics)

         MATH 4630 (Research Methods)

Graduate Assistantships  and Scholarships are available and are allocated on a competitive basis.
